Celebrating Mum!

With Mothers Day this weekend, I wanted to post a few of my favourite images celebrating the bond between mother and child. I have been luck enough to meet some fantastic mums over the past 2 years (yes, it's been that long ... nearly), and it continues to be a privilege to meet such wonderful mums and dads, capturing unique moments in the history of their family.

One year on ...

Met up with a beautiful little girl who I had photographed when she was only 3 weeks old. Now almost one, she is just as beautiful and still has a love for crocheted hats! The first image below is one from the newborn session and the rest from the weekend ... how time flies!

Sneek peek from my latest newborn session. This little treasure was just over 2 weeks old. He just wouldn't sleep even though Mum and Dad did all they could and tried every trick in the book, even playing The Smiths! So nice to finally meet this little one after doing the maternity shots of Mum back in February - thanks Mum and Dad for your patience :)

Beautifully Pregnant

Really enjoyed my most recent 'bump' session. Mum-to-be was blooming and wanted to record how happy she felt with her body at this stage of her life, and I don't blame her. Both were so great to work with and open to my suggestions for the session. Really looking forward to photographing their new arrival who is due this week!
